Higharc rendering audit

Jessica asked me onto the team with her, Evan and Tim.

Three areas of the audit

  1. Merchandising — furniture and styling. Jessica.
  2. Design — lighting, tile, pendants. Tim.
  3. Accuracy to the build plan — the piece Jessica asked me for.

Self-assessment, stated plainly in the meeting: exteriors an A; interiors a C+ to B−, since I’m working off photos of past builds and cabinet plans that aren’t to scale. Matt Gillette is the interior expert — an A++. An interior accuracy pass should lean on him.

Golden Key sales event

Launching Monday 7.06 to move showcase home inventory.

Project and admin updates

  1. Westcliffe Heights Phase 6 — nineteen elevations completed in nine days.
  2. Sanderling 4 renderings — refreshing older, low-quality renderings to improve how the plans read.
  3. Quail Ridge RV visual — blocked on the missing plan list. I’ll go to Tiffany Jordan directly.
  4. Solstice secondary monument — Jason is repeating the main monument design; no help needed from me.
  5. Overland flyover — Shelby is talking the kickoff through with Jessica, Todd and Nicole Giunta today.
  6. Virtual staging style guide — Shelby delivering next week. Ran well past this
  7. Sales office project — Shelby has an update next week.
  8. Adobe — moving to a yearly plan, about $70/month all in, to streamline billing.
