Interior model audit

A way to keep the higher-visuals team from becoming the bottleneck.

Review volume on higher visuals is heavy, Mark’s Place especially, and the team could become the choke point.

I can add a second review layer on interior models alongside Zach. That frees the drafting team and puts an architectural check on it. Not interior expertise, to be clear.

Models already at white box

Audit what exists now, while a catch is still cheap.

Phase 2

Paulina and Ascent, start to finish

Take them from the start instead of inheriting problems.

Overland is approved

Approved last week. Now it needs a story.

Shelby is setting up a kickoff with Nicole Giunta on the marketing strategy, specifically how to show Build and Belong.

One concept I’d like in front of that group: a couple places a house on an empty lot and it becomes a real home they can walk up to and sit on the porch of. It shows the optionality directly, and RV parking fits the same story. I’d like to be in that meeting.
