Interior model audit

Keeping the higher-visuals team from becoming a bottleneck.

Review volume on higher visuals is heavy, Mark’s Place especially. The team could become the choke point.

I add a second review layer on interior models alongside Zach. That frees the drafting team and puts an architectural check on it.

Rollout

Phase 1 — audit existing models already at the white box stage.
Phase 2 — audit the new Paulina and Ascent models start to finish, once they’re modelled.

Approved last week. Now it needs a strategy.

The goal. Work out how to show Build and Belong.
My concept for the group. A couple places a house on an empty lot and it becomes a real home they can walk up to. It shows the optionality directly, and RV parking fits the same story.

Chase P RV rendering — complete. Done
Catalog work — currently rendering Siskiyou models.
The N elevation — hard to make attractive, and it’s the color schemes more than the architecture. Works as a 1.5-storey in the village, fights you at larger sizes.
