Status as of this morning

Virtual staging Not done
Shelby walked me through the good and the meh images we’ve had from Stucco in the past, and is setting up a trial and training run. Not started.
Strength of Place PDF Not done
Mine to share with Shelby before it goes on to Matt and Brandon. Draft 4 has been ready since the evening of 8.20; I never handed it over. Quail Ridge took the two weeks.
Overland video Still waiting on Sales
We agreed to wait on Sales. Storyboard has been OK’d by Todd since 8.12 and the site import has been done since 8.14. The approved model list is the only thing in the way.
Structural alternates Open
Shelby is talking to Jessica about whether we — Torri and team — want more storytelling for the plan alternates.
