Siskiyou T2 took two days. The AI can't draw our 5″ lap corners and keeps swapping in corner boards. I rewrote the prompt to pin the siding, the site and the camera, which fixed it. Any plan with that siding will run slow, and I can price that in now. Tahoma T1 has the same siding and is on the bench today.

Draft 4 is ready. It needs your read, then Matt and Brandon.

The argument: buyers can't tell a Pahlisch community from a volume builder's, so they won't pay a premium to live in one. The layout is the reason.
